Day 1
- talks about the Lewis and Clark Expedition, Capt. Henry James Warre (the artist and British spy), West Shore Magazine, and conservation tips for collectors
- dinner and print sale
Day 2
- annual members meeting at the Portland Art Museum
- talks about Carleton Watkins' (1829-1916) photography of the Columbia Gorge
- tour of the research library at the Oregon Historical Society
- free time - for shopping, Powell’s City of Books, etc.
Day 3
- Columbia Gorge bus trip including stops at:
- Multnomah Falls
- Columbia Gorge Discovery Center at The Dalles
- Maryhill Museum of Art - banquet and annual auction

The annual meeting, held in a different city each year, is designed to broaden collectors' horizons through cooperation with the leading institutions of the host city, which provide meeting rooms and auditoriums, behind the scenes tours, and exhibits of special interest to AHPCS members.
