Please order by volume, number, and year. Issues available only as photocopies include Vol. 1 (#1 and #2) 1976, Vol. 2 (#1 and #2) 1977, Vol. 3 (#1 and #2) 1978, Vol. 4 (#1) 1979, Vol. 5 (#2) 1980, and Vol. 7 (#1) 1982.
Cost per issue (post paid) for U.S., Canada and Mexico delivery, members US $11, non-members US $15. The cost per issue (post paid) for overseas delivery by surface mail is US $15. Cost for a full set (post paid) of all back issues is US$ 400 for North American delivery and US $480 for overseas delivery (surface mail).
